Look at Walcks' Super Traxion tire. I got one for the spare on my 3A and love the tread on it. I'm going to get 4 more when my tires wear out at the end of this summer.

Google them, you will find a better price.... I guess I'm thinking old school prices, back when you couldn't give away bias ply tires....

Greetings fellow CJ peeps,
In searching for tires I found the site below. Has anyone used "Speedway" brand tires. Just trying to get some rubber on my freshly painted 16 x 5 wheels. Jim https://www.performanceplustire.com/antique-tires/speedway-truck-or-military-tire/speedway-truck-or-military-bias-ply-tire/ |

Might want to look at 215 85 R16's. I got Firestone M/T's. Tried them after seeing that size listed as the largest non-rubbing tires for a 2A/3A on a University of Arizona site. Very happy with them. Work great in WV mud and on Moab trails. No wobble. Decent turning circle (do have shorter turning stops). As I measure them, they seem to be 31" in diameter. Some reviews said they aren't good on ice but I don't need that. Also, they look right. Sort a' skinny but good height.
