Both star washers are cracked and I found those, but one nut is missing for the winged thumb bolt. That would be (if the one I have is correct) a square nut, 3/8 (?), fine thread. No luck with KW or Walcks and not at my local hardware store. Where might I find this one item? (Not detailed in the parts listings or illustrations that I have looked at.) Thanks. Don |

It's not in the parts listing because it is part of the "lollipop" (but then I guess it is in the listing, just not spelled out) I guess you could just weld the square nut onto the lollipop, or use a wrench. |

I am not 100% sure but I think the arms off of the M211 Korean era, 2.5 ton windshield are the same.

One thing that is different is that the weld nut is round instead of square, also the dogleg bend in the lollipop is slightly different but only the "jeep police" could tell the difference. |

Hey I have a question the screw that attaches to the inner frame from the adjustment arm. How do I get that sucker off? And is it just a standard screw I can replace

So you gotta be careful here. Maybe a picture would help of your dilemma. There is a swaged threaded insert in that inner frame piece that accepts the screw from the lollipop. So you don’t want to tear out that swaged part. The screw can be removed by heating it I suppose.
I had to purchase a new bracket with the swaged threaded insert already in place from John Bizel at MidWest Military. Unfortunately you are then removing the old bracket and riveting in the new one.
