Originally I was going to install a dual filament bulb in the front marker lights to accommodate turn signals until I found a Signal Stat 800 that is able to flash a single filament bulb with no modifications, for me this is part of the fun in repairing and restoring this jeep. |

Hey-that's up to you guy's. There's four of us out here that are retired and go jeeping. If anybody wan'ts to go jeeping, just give us a couple weeks notice and we can probably make it happen!

Just a little more painting this afternoon, I moved my pop up paint booth to the back yard today because my son has brought out his Mustang to the driveway and its not driveable with the brake booster out and I didn't think he wants a green mustang.

Andy, thanks for showing more progress with your clever 'pop-up paint booth!' Love it! You've inspired me to create a similar 'facility' for my 2A and M100 paint jobs this summer.
What compressor are you using? |

So I made a little split rivet tool and it worked great and then there is the radiator welting and staples, I started by using a piece of welding rod and heating it up and piercing the welt or felt.

Great work on the hardware
(and ya gotta love the eagerness of having the windshield strap already installed )

The craftsmanship on this build is top notch! I also like the environment and conditions that it is being done in. Your pics show so much life going on in the background! Love it!

I love it that I am able to now search through the shop looking for all the little parts and pieces and get to install onto the jeep and not just look at a collection of what looked like a random what is that stuff parts

So it was swap meet time again at the tradex and a couple of finds and of course some progress with finishing up the radiator felt and a wiper arm for my vacuum wiper motor, I found the on line wiper arms that are listed for the cj2a do not fit , so with a little modification I now have a drivers wiper.

Just another great afternoon tinkering on the jeep with mounting up the hood and fenders. Now to roll it outside and check over my work making sure bolts are tight and cotter pins are in place.
