The obvious answer from most is to get a FSM. Sorry, I been rebuilding flatties since around 1971. I sort of know what to expect but friends throw new things at me so I need to read up on the new stuff as we do it. It's mostly the same stuff anyway.

T90 parts have arrived.
I will rebuild the transmission next week when I get a day off. I am picking up the small parts kit and bearings from a local vendor. |

I’m having a go at it tomorrow. I’ll post pictures along the way.
Just really busy with kids. And my small parts rebuild kit got lost in transit but I’m ready to go now. Update... I got the T90 3/4 done today. Just ran out of time before I had to get the kids from school. It took 4 tries over 2 hours to get the needle bearings seated in the cluster gear . AAAARRRGGGGHHHH! So far so good. I scored a nice accessory on Craigslist yesterday.
$40 brass fire extinguisher. Not 100% correct but real close. I also finally found the last 2 matching rims I need to make a set of 5. I know they are not 1940’s they are mid 50’s willys pickup truck wheels but I like them. |

That’s the plan Andy.
Tear down the transfer case, salvage what I can. Replace what needs replacing. Hopefully ready to install it all by Christmas then on to the engine in the new year. 🎅🏻 Jon

Actually I am impressed that you font the plugs for the end of the shift rails. I was told years ago that you can't get them anymore.

Day one on the transfer case. I made a puller to get the park brake off. It worked slick.

Now there's a tool that has earned a place in the tool box.
