Ok, let's do that then. I'll probably take off Wednesday after work, stop some place off I-70 for the night, and meet you Thursday morning.

Thanks for providing this for us Bob

We are hammering out the schedule as we speak.
For those who have not heard some other way, our main speaker, Hugo Vidal, had to back out due to an illness in the family. Not to worrry though as David Eilers has agreed to step into the Saturday night main speaking role.

Mindy (mrs bob 3b) and I will be busy at the hotel From weds on. I will bring my Jeep up weds and my parts and other stuff on Thursday. The main tent goes up Thursday as well. Later that day we will be packing all of the goodie bags too.

The Friday night picnic is at liberty park, a summit county metro park. We have a nice shelter reserved.

I believe we are haveing scoutpilot donhis fuel pump rebuild clinic on Friday afternoon because the engine may take all day to get done.

This is shaping up to be a great reunion. And yes, the best part about the reunion is late night in the parking lot! Lots of fun a friends to be made.

Sorry I just saw this post. I would have been happy to show you around. I am also working on trying to get in touch with the guy who runs Phoenix Offroad Park. That would be closer to Aurora.

I just got the phone # of the guy who runs Phoenix Off Road Park and I'll give him a call tomorrow. Anybody have an idea about how many Jeeps we are talking? I'm guessing no more then 4 or 5?

Crap!  Was looking forward to Wellsville!

But, Bobs place near Cameron must only be 20 minutes or so from me if that works out.
I'm registered and waiting to make sure when my brother from Martinsburg can make it, hoping to stay Friday and Saturday night.
There are some small areas around here, but like Bob said, a looong way from the reunion.

Also, if the plan is to go to Bobs place near Cameron, if anyone breaks I can offer the use of my shop with a lift and welders, etc.

A honking big thank you to Jim Fowler for going down to Arkansas to pick up an ag weight and newgren lift, in order to meet me at the reunion.  An all around solid guy and I am soooo grateful.  See you all there Saturday morning.

If you haven't already maybe try contacting the local 4x4 shops or clubs about somewhere to wheel?

For those who don't know, Merlin Hanson is building an Allied L head engine in the parking lot Saturday and raffling it off Saturday night, tickets are $10 and have been available online for quite some time.

We've had some people that are not able to make it to the reunion buy tickets for the engine. We set it up this way to make sure we sold all 300 tickets. If you are one of them, we will post the winner's name here and on our facebook page that night. I will also put the engine on a pallet and deliver it to a shipping location for you, unless other arrangements are made.

Good Luck to all!

Bob
