Have been trying to log in to the 3A Forum with no success. Since the 2A site is so inviting I haven't been too upset but... still curious, is the 3A Forum still viable or did it die? (have used my e-mail and forgot password but no matter what captcha I type... nothing) How about merging?

The 3A Page is alive and well.  Not as busy as the 2A, but there are far fewer 3As out there.  Perhaps you're trying to log in to the old Forum.  We upgraded a few years ago.
1- 1946 CJ2A   
2- 1949 CJ3A
