Restoration/modification of my 2A is basically finished. All issues are resolved, it is running and driving. However, I would like to use a set of reinforced knuckle castings that include a PS dual hole Dana 25 / 27 knuckle. I have a reamer on loan from another Jeeper and the knuckles and knuckle inserts on hand. I'd like to build these knuckles for a tie rod flip and install them in my Jeep with HD long tie rods from Herm. Has anyone done this? Any 'gotchas' lying in wait for me on accomplishing this?
