Want to thank everyone who came and shared a wonderful weekend with Lonnie and me. What a blessing to have such great jeep loving friends. We have an update on Lonnie shattered heel. X-rays show new bone growth beginning in heel area. Doctor was stunned and excited with this news as much as we were. Lonnie definitely has someone above on his side. His first comment was "Can I go fishing" and I'll make that jeep ride next year". Can't keep a good man down...
We still are in a wheelchair, no weight on left foot for several more weeks, and then several months of Physical Therapy and indefinite use of a walker. Still, we'll take it. Wishing everyone a great close of 2018... |

Thanks guys, I’ll need all you guys help to get this bucket of bolts on the road again. But with a little help from the good Lord and Lonnie and a lot of blood , sweat and band-aids, we’ll get this jewel on the road again in time for next years ride.

And since I have sold both of my project jeeps to Justin and Hollywood I’m goin to take the funds and add power steering on the Duece!!!!!!

I told her Saturday night that I couldn’t believe that she took my Jeep . Then Bucket (Bonita) ask her if we could use it next year for the ride and she laughed and said that it was her Jeep.

Lost their ride; Hollywood Roc Matt Raney Troy But Troy has one in progress Matt has one in progress Justin Bought Troy's old blue smoker Raney is tied in tight so he gets one to lay out the trip next year (Gimmie) Steve has one in progress Hollywood is on the fence Walley has the fever So I'm not sure what to expect next year!! That's a crew of jeeps just locally if we get everybody back in. LOL

Lol!!!!! I forgot that Roc and Phillis lost their ride. Yes sir, looks like we are goin to have to get to it. Now I'm not sure on the numbers but we gained an orange jeep Fri. night. J.W. and his wife.

Yeah, speaking on that subject , I'll have to get on the ball on the Lefty.....looks like we lost our ride too! ...Realistically, I couldn't be happier.....that was a special thing. |
