Gotta say the shot of Grandpa's Jeep with its right rear wheel off the ground and the river in front and below is outstanding! Stan, you are the Grand Master of flatfender wheeling! Hope your repairs went without incident. |

Here is some footage of Hell’s Gate which I’ve collected over the week:
It’s been a busy week. Today is Poison Spider, my 12th trail since Friday. |

I made it home in time for Easter Sunday. Here is a video of our adventures on “Rusty Nail” from Saturday a week ago:
This video includes the entire “Golden Spike” trail which required us to cross the Crack. Ryan has open diffs in his TJ. It was fun! It was particularly fun when we were working on Riff Raff and a group of dirt bikers came by. I’m paraphrasing but basically they warned us that we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. .... I guess not everyone knows about the “Qwaaazy 8’s”. . Another awesome memory for me was when we came upon the “It’s Harder Than It Looks” obstacle where 4 door wrangler on 40s could not make it over and had to take the bypass. Then, Stan comes up and without fear or hesitation, just pops right up it! An unforgettable EJS! Gr8 wheeling, Gr8 friends and it was so nice to meet Billy and Tanner. Welcome to the “Qwaaazy 8’s” and I hope to wheel with you again soon!! Jeep season is officially on! |

Great quality video! Why does Stan's jeep keep dying? Been hanging with Rick too long? What a great trip, thanks for sharing!

Because Stan is a crap mechanic that likes driving his jeep way more than working on it. Truth is, think the timing might be off a little, and the idle circuit might be gummed up a little, and the choke has a tenancy to close up a little as I'm driving and if i don't remember to mash the choke knob once in a while it will kill at idle. It runs great at high speed and i can run 55 on the pavement pretty easy as long as its not uphill. Jeff's wife saying my jeep is junkie, hmmm...

If you watched Jeff’s long video of Rusty Nail / Golden Spike then you saw these two short clips of me on the No Left Turn and Golden Crack obstacles.

Here’s a vid of our little group on Moab Rim.
It has as much video as there is of my little adventure descending the Devil’s Crack.

Great video of those "famous guys"! I see front and rear skid plates as the next popular mods. A whole bunch of scraping going on there! Nice work, gentlemen. |
