Are you speaking of the plate used on the column shift set up?

No! The one that is over the seal at the bottom of the steering shaft that seals the toe board from getting dirt and water inside the the Jeep. It's a 1948 CJ2A with a floor shift. A four bolt metal split ring that has a rubber seal under it.
