The follow up post to the original picture was by Mark W. He's very active on this forum. He seemed to be offering at the time to make up the bracket for the original poster. Maybe shoot him a PM.

I have seen no PM. As to making another reverse light switch. I would be glad to do this. But now that I am into Paving season I only have 1 day a week I'm not working 10 hours a day so it might take a while.

You can also use the top cover off of a later CJ5 T90 that already has the boss for a reverse light switch.

you can also do this, which I found worked a lot better and easier for me than the bracket. I saw the same photo posted above and made a bracket just like this but couldn’t make it work with any switches I had available to me. I ended up with this modern reverse light switch. Drill, tap, and screw it in (make sure it’s in the right location, however). Worked great.
