I have Dave Wilson (unclemonk) bringing his 3A top bows.

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.

I booked into the mainstay suites.

I fly out around 2pm tomorrow.

That makes tonight last call for any tech info I need to bring.

Is anyone planning on meeting up at Rev. Jim's Roadhouse,  Friday night for dinner and libations like last year?  I should be there by 5:30 or 6:00

I’m in Rockford and lost my alternator. I’m at Tuffys and hoping they can fix it. We'll see.

They’re replacing the alternator. This Rockford Tuffy is the best.

Pit stop at Usinger's in downtown Milwaukee - Mike bought 36 lbs of assorted meat - then an excellent side trip to The Wisconsin Auto Museum - and now we are here in Madison!

Joe - thanks for the tip on the museum! It was an great stop! I'll post a few pics asap.

Some pictures from the Museum. Located in Hartford WI, home of the Kissel Motor Car. If you are in the area, it's a very worthy pit stop. The reasonable $10 admission is well worth it. It's an eclectic collection, which I enjoy. But it was the Kissel cars that were the highlight for me. I've only ever seen one in my life. There are 27 here. There are only 150 left known to exist in the US. So it's a great representation. Even 2 Kissel fire trucks!

Also represented was a fine collection of Wisconsin built Nash automobiles - another brand that has always fascinated me.

Any way - few pics for you.

It was decent! Looked unrestored and untouched. It was in nice shape!

I don't think I have picture. But there was also a 1970 Chevy Estate wagon there that was fully loaded, equipped with the factory option 390 horse 427 big block. It was a very cool car!
