Curious to see what your favorite Jeep is? I have alot a of favorite Jeeps I've seen either in person or online over the years, but there has always been one that I hold in my mind as "my favorite." I like everything about it, not a single thing I'd change.
Not sure if the Mad Brit is a member here. But his Jeep and the way it was built has always been a stand out to me. If you have a favorite, lets see what it is? Edited by IRQVET - 25 Apr. 2020 at 7:47pm |

Not because of the model or anything like this. This is my favorite Jeep because of what it did and where it went and how the family interacted with it. For 60 years it hauled one family around on adventures I will say a 8x10 photo of the dash of that jeep is on my project board and did inspire me some.

That's Larry Shank's. Very good read (and some good links) on some of his adventures. For me, anyone's jeep that's being driven and enjoyed.

I'm generally a sucker for all original Jeeps, but Rat Rod is one of my favorites.

Mark W. Cool link to the pics. Love the canvas water bag in first pic. Still remember the taste of the cool water after it had been in the wind while driving

You guys that enjoyed the links on Larrys Family Jeeps are welcome. Having grown up with CHUG and Dad being in the Salem Jeep Club that he was a founding/charter (c1965) member of and going on a BUNCH of all kinds of adventures with those guys as well as just family stuff the story about that family really hit home with me.

Took me a long while to figure out how to load this pic, yet my struggle will be totally worth it. IMHO This is a VERY rare pic of the coolest Jeep that ever was. Here you see the Jeep as it looked in the late 1970’s. This is the forever famous ..........”SILVER BULLET”.......... |

Pity we can't vote for our own Jeep. I've owned and driven this thing for over 39 years. It is getting close to what I want.

I know I lean more to the modified spectrum. This one really appeals to me as well. Not a flatty - but a tricked out diesel power CJ6 with many custom features. Edited by nofender - 26 Apr. 2020 at 1:22pm |

I'm with RickG, Rat Patrol! That and Farmer Wilson's old 2A or 3A with a metal half cab. Repainted red, but with lotsa patina, I remember fishing in his farm pond and he would drive past, on up through the pasture. Maybe a square bale of hay or two on the back. That would have been in the early 70's.
