Can't read that photo of serial plate, but 651 would be early. The features, from my limited memory of them, do make it early.
That appears to be a great deal to someone. edit: 651 is on the Bantam trailer website, can't believe anyone would want to sell that one . . jealous of whoever got it.

Agreed. Even though I'm pretty far away, at that price I would have pursued it for my 1945 CJ2A project.
