Hi all,

Today is day 1 of a 2 week trip to a Colorado. This week we are in Taylor Park. We did the Lottis Creek trail and we went to the top of Cross Mountain along with other side trails. Here are a few shots from the day.

Wow,  looks like a great time!  A family affair.

Any chance you will be doing anything in the La Platas?   That is where my parents spent a lot of time Jeepin' and camping back in the 80's.

After some repairs from our Wyoming trip, I'll be able to join you all for a day trip.  Or come by for a visit to where you're camping.  And you are all welcome to come by Thirsty Dirt Ranch to visit too.  This looks like you are all set for a great adventure!  Have fun!  Keep posting pics!

Day 2. Today we did Italian Creek and we also went up to American Flag Mountain. This is what the mountain looks like when it’s not freezing rain

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.

Tomorrow we are going to do Taylor Pass and we are going to work our way up Pearl Pass to see what the snow looks like.

Great pics!  Thanks for sharing.  So it looks like Tomichi Pass is closed again by a new rock slide.  That's sad because it was just opened back up about a month or two ago.

I think it is open. I think this is the original rock slide and they dug a road over the top of it. It’s hard to tell. There is no gate over the entrance. Can someone confirm this? I’d like to check this out before I leave here if possible. The latest on Bushducks.com says it’s still open but that was 7/6.
