Quick Fuel pump question...

   I know this has been discussed in length, but I can't seem to find the thread that answered this..
I have a '48 CJ-2A. From what I remember reading, the metal bowl fuel pump was original. Would a dual action vacuum/fuel pump be an option or original when ordered with the Trico wiper?

Thanks in advance for jogging my memory on this one!

	Nope. There’s not enough room behind the engine mount plate on a CJ2-A for a dual-action pump. That’s why they reversed the LH “foot” on the plate on the CJ3A. BW
