81% humidity and 59 degrees in the shop

WOW its been raining so much and the air is so wet. I was just under CHUG tightening the last of the Tire Swing bolts and the Diff cover is wet! Don't think that has happened before.

The 10 x 20 Canopy the wife talked me into setting up in the drive way to help keep her from getting soaked when she leaves for work at 4 am tried its damdest to fly away last night 25-30 mph gusts Luckily attaching the posts on one side and one end to the carport and the Fence held it in place. The two unattached posts pulled their stakes and were doing a little flopping around. I'll head down to ACE and pickup something to use as MEGA stakes and try out my new sledge hammer. That should settle that at least until a 40mph wind comes along.

That would be an excellent option if I were not having to go through about 10" of hard packed gravel. As it is it took some pretty good swings with the 6lb sledge to get the new 18" long 3/8" stakes I made up to go in.

The stakes go through a hole in the "foot" at the bottom of the Post. I have no room to run any sort of guy wire least not in the direction that would be helpful. Though I might do an X of guy wires paralleling the edge of the canopy on the two posts not attached to structure. But only as a last resort as it would make getting in and out of the cars more difficult. All this thing has to do is make it to about March when we will take it down and I can figure out how in the world to store it.
