Can see in another thread that folks collect neat old bikes in addition to old Jeeps.  Wonder what others things flat fender folks collect?

 Anything old.
Wooden fruit crates serve as shelves for:
Kerosene and gasoline lamps and lanterns. And a couple of candle lanterns.
Lunch boxes
Bottles and jars
Old camping equipment
Old shop equipment
Tonka trucks and equipment

And of course, jeep toys and models.

It is NOT a Jeep Willys! It is a Willys jeep.

As a retired mechanic and machinist I have a collection of mechanics tools and machinists precision tooling from hell. Five roll-away chests. I still use the precision tools almost daily in my home machine shop. The mechanics tools, not so much. I hang on to them because if you have ever seen tools go at an auction, they mostly bring pennies on the dollar of what you paid for them even years ago. I would rather throw them out in the back yard and watch them rust than sell them for what people want to pay for them. Besides, if I got rid of the mechanics tools what would I use to repair Ol' Red when she lays down!

My other collection is the hugs and kisses from my daughters and granddaughters.

My daughters decided a long time ago that they did not want to become mechanics.

I wouldn't call myself a 'guitar player' at all but I have fun plinking around on one while watching tv.....the buying, selling trading aspect is fun but the internet has pretty much made bargains extinct.

Nothing like finding one in a junk store or an estate sale that's been stuffed under a bed since the mid 60s though....but that is few and far between too.
