I took it apart to rebuild, first transmission in 50 yrs of wrenching.....then covid hit.  3 weeks later, I think I'm rounding the corner.

Problem is, I dont recall what these are or where they go.  Transfer case??

Yes. The curved one is an oil slinger, goes behind the t/case main drive gear. There's some discussion on whether it's needed or not. I use it if it's necessary to make the drive gear line up flush with the intermediate gear. I put the concave side toward the gear. I think the other way 'round would make the slinger contact the ball spacer in the bearing. The washer, I think, is the one that belongs under the nut that retains the drive gear.

So between bearing and gear?

The manual shows nothing for an early 2a transmission, just late.  I know there are difference between the 2.  Either way, I find nothing of this washer in the manual, yet I removed it myself.

Yes, between the bearing and the gear. The Service Manual doesn’t show it. The parts manual shows it behind the side (column) shift but not the floor shift version. I’ve not had a side shift T-90 apart for many many years, but quite a few top shift T-90’s have had it. Like I said, I use it or don’t, whichever way puts the drive gear flush with the intermediate gear.
