That is a beaut! The seller/owner needs to learn "never saddle a dead mule".

I have a newly rebuilt F134 that would drop right in, so I was tempted to go get it, but I have a project in the barn now and no room. Whoever restored it did a better job than I could ever do. I'm sure it will need some work though. Definitely some more clamps on that cable!

Single or multiple, they should at least be oriented correctly.

this should actually be in its own thread, but in reality, it would be best from an aesthetic (and arguably strength) standpoint to spend a little money and get it swedged by a qualified rigging shop/house.
wire rope clips really are not appropriate in this application. for those of you who believe in the use of them for this application, please do not get your panties in a twist. but it really is not a great idea. and if you insist on doing it, use 3 and apply them properly. all 3 the same configuration and "do not saddle a dead horse". buy high quality clips like Crosby. the use of an appropriate thimble is also recommended (for wire rope or synthetic/spliced eyes). Dean,
Did not realize there were subdivisions in Almont now! Place must have really changed since my aunt and uncle lived there in the ‘80s. That was a really nice Jeep. Wish I had the time to go look at it. Bill
