Just wanted to give results of the work on my friends leaking head bolts. Slightly loosening then re-torquing all the head bolts seemed to be a success but, it was noticed that he was running a 16 lb radiator cap. I think this may have been part of problem as well. The cap was replaced with a lighter one. I think we got a 6 lb if I recall correctly. Maybe it was 8. So that may have been part of the fix. In any case, he's not had any leakage since.

It is NOT a Jeep Willys! It is a Willys jeep.
