Help with paint color / paint code recommendation

Hi Guys, I am new to the forum.  I am restoring a ‘48 CJ2A. (I attached a picture below). I am hoping to paint it in a maroon or deep red color, which is the original Willys color, similar to the or picture.  Could anyone advise what Willys color this actually was, and recommend a paint color code/manufacturer/supplier?
I would really appreciate any suggestion or recommendations of a paint color and supplier that has worked well for you.

It’s called Luzon red. Nason fleet maroon is darn close if not spot on. The above thread mentioned is good reading. Start about page 20 for his painting adventure.

This is what I used for matching Luzon Red in the thread mentioned above; it was pretty close to the original.



The red jeep in your post is beautiful!

Yeah. 
Otto is in Oregon & on the coast. 
He will see the sun end of July 2023 or thereabouts.
