First make sure the frame sets perfectly flat being untwisted.
Set frame flat and upside down.
Then hook your tape measure around the front RH corner spring mount.
Measure to some point on the opposite rear corner.
Next hook your tape measure around the LH corner spring mount
Again measure to the appropriate point on the opposite rear corner.
So long as these two diagonal measurement are within 1/8” of each other the frame is considered as square and is serviceable without need to straighten it.

Make sure that you take your length measurements before progressing to the "X" measurements. If you just take "X" measurements, you may mask a short frame rail swung over a little that will cross measure square.

The length dimension is the most critical and if you don't have the length correct, the rest of the frame will be off.

I got it thanks

So it's not from centre of the hole to centre of the shackle hole( spring attachment point)?  Picture in manual is not clear enough.

It’s not critical that the measurements are taken from the center of the hole unless you have a specific dimension to go by, then it may differ slightly. You’re just comparing one side to the other typically.
Just be consistent with where the measurements are taken- if measuring from the center works for you, stick with that convention throughout your diagnosis. Most of the jeep frame is symmetrical so it shouldn’t matter if you’re measuring from the center of holes or the nearest edge, just be consistent.
