Will powder coat interfere with the bullet expanding on impact? I hunt with most of the bullets I cast and bullet expansion has always been an issue. 


Make them a hollow point.

Interesting.  What are you shooting these in?  The only leaded bullets I'm using are the FNHC 44 mag bear rounds.  Those haven't proved to be much of a leading problem but maybe that's because the recoil of those 325 grain slugs in a S&W 329 PD makes for a bit of REALLY unpleasant shooting.  Sort of limits how many of those you want to send down range.

Noticed some equipment at Planet Fitness has rust coming out. Thats inside a building.

If you have small parts that were powder coated Permatex gasket remover melts it away.

Yes, you are correct. 

Electroplating is a very different process.
