No I think that is the E-brake....not the traditional handle we are use to but I'm not sure how the GPW E-brake handles looked.

GPW e-brake handles looked exactly like MB e-brake handles and 2A, 3A, and not (?) 3B handles.  Except maybe with an "F" on them somewhere.

I wasn't sure about the 3B...
