Hi Jon,
As WeeWilly said you have some nice goodies there! The governor at the center of the tail gate is a NOVI that its correct for late 47-53 CJ2As & 3As. If the pulley is alum. then it is correct for late 47-48. The later 2as & 3As had cast iron pulleys. It is missing the mounting bracket & the dash T-handle, however it looks pretty complete & the throttle link is there. The links can be hard to find at times. If the long upper arm had an inboard offset then I understand that NOVI would be for an Empire Tractor, but yours is straight so it is for a CJA/3A. It appears that the other two governors are fixed base or they are for welders or generators. If I can be of any help with more info please PM me your questions. I do not claim to be an expert but I have seen plenty of these governors thru the years. PGR Edited by 3-48s - 09 Sep. 2021 at 3:47pm |
