I'd be more inclined to do the latter.....don't think I'd want to remember him looking at this bottle empty, Allen was alot more 'half full' guy than 'half empty'.

I think about him many mornings when I look across the valley to the hilltop where some of his ashes are scattered. Kinda nice to think of him sitting up there watching a colorful sunrise. Any time I get a chance to drive by that way I stop and say a few words to him. Now and again I think I hear him chuckling in the wind.
