I'd like to wish a heart felt "Happy Veterans Day" to all my Brothers and Sisters who have honorably served this great nation.

Also let us not forget those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and those currently serving in harms way.

Proudly Deployed and Serving my 39th year in the USAF.

I've been retired from the navy for more than 21 years. I wore my uniform to church yesterday for the first time since retirement. Just had to take a photo with my jeep.

Wishing all my fellow vets the best on this Veterans day.

I'm hoping to be able to buy the new pinks and greens coming out soon, and get a picture with my jeep.

But is has been an honor to serve and continue to do so

Thanks for the sentiment, and a pay forward to all the Great Americans who served and are presently serving. There's got be be quite a lot of old Jeep owners that are Veterans. I am proud to have met some of them.

Looking good there Chief! I see you were sub service. In 66 and 67 I served on the USS Proteus AS19 tending SSBN's on Guam. Long ago and far away.

Thanks, but no. I was a surface sailor. It's hard to see in the photo, but that's an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) pin you see.

Our kids placed these flags around their school for Veterans Day. Each flag represents a family member of my Wife and I who has served... We picked them up this weekend and I just wanted to share Smile

Yes. Happy Veterans Day to all that serve along with me. I've only been in a short while. Proudly serving with the US military police. I am sad in this day and age that we've gotten called up to handle some of the riots and the disrespect from the population is disheartening. I didn't join to fight my own people

I still love doing my job for the Delaware National Guard

Thank you to all the Veterans who served before, with and after me.   Do not forget those who did not come home or there families who grieve for them.

The local school cross country team is having a RUN FOR VETS this after noon.  They wear tee shirts with the logo  "We run free because of the brave".
