Bob, thank you for posting all the pics,  it definitely helps those of us that are scratching our heads and saying "How the H$## do I fix that?"  Is it too late to add my name to the Hat Channel List?

PS I've increased the price from $88 to $100 US includes shipping, my air nibblers that I use for cutting are wearing out and I am purchacing a shear.  save me a lot of time too in cutting

Have you ever given thought about making hood supports. i really could use some. i would deff pay what ever you want for them. the channels you sent me last year were kick @$$. you do great work.

Yes, I could do that,  after I get this shear,  I'm going to build or get a larger brake, then I can build larger items easily and faster.  What did you have in mind?  one that goes from front to back? or side to side?

both would be nice. it would add a bit of weight also to help with the "sail" effect.  i think i'd set it up 2 vertical 2 horizontal

Scott, yes you can, give me a week or 2, 
Brent, not yet but I am going to build a larger hat channel press so I can build those too.  The one I have now I can only get about 27" long max.  I think I will start it this week.
