Thanks for the well wishes everyone.
Didn't get to jeep today, but have some plans for this weekend and next week.
Had a taco dinner at church to celebrate my birthday (youth fundraiser really).

For my birthday I always like to have dinner with my siblings (I have 8 siblings) their wives and my kids.
Part of that tradition is I usually try to write some sort of a poem and read it at the dinner. We had the dinner last Saturday.
This year I turn 60 so I wanted to write something about jeeping and acting like a teenager. That is not what came out at all. Here's the poem. It shows that my entire soul  has not been lost to my jeep.

Note: I am a big Utah Jazz fan, and when I started writing this they had lost 3 in a row.
(I tried to upload the pdf, but it was too big, so here's a google link.)

Don't click if bad poetry upsets you. Smile

Just read the poem. Fantastic.  You truly have a gift. Not only were you able to find a rhyme for "sixty",
but you managed to work one in for "curmudgeon".Smile
Have a blessed birthday friend!

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife.

Sorry I'm late Stan, but I do wish you a happy and healthy year!  You and Jpet are the jeeping world's poet laureates. Keep up the good work.
