Head gasket and coolant holes? |

Hi folks - Long time lurker asking question for the first time. You folks have been a really great resource for solving issues we've encountered with this vehicle.
Here is one that I can't seem to find an answer for: We are replacing the gaskets (exhaust, head, valve cover, etc...) and the head gasket we removed (and new one) do not have holes for all of the coolant ports in the head. The head gasket I removed was blocking the same holes and was completely full of junk. Here are some pictures (the red "x" show where the gasket is missing holes, the blue circles show the holes in the head). What do I do? Cut additional holes in the gasket? If you look at the deck of the block, you will most likely not see holes there either 😬
