So assembling my grill and lighting I find my Beauty rings are standing pretty proud at the top side of the ring. I have the little tab bent back towards the Grill. Is there anything anyone else has found to get the ring a little closer to the Grill?

Lots of wiggling around til the tab found the slot. I think the whole ring had to be lined up pretty dead on before it will drop in place.
