Given differences in tire choice, suspension age etc, it would be (I think) interesting to compare what the following measurements are on our jeeps.
1) ground to center front hub 2) ground to bottom edge of tub at driver access 1948, 14-1/4" and 19"+ on 20psi 6.50/16 super traxions

14.0 on 235/75R 15's and bottom of tub is at 19.75" New Crown? springs CJ5 chassis 1" longer shackles. edited to be consistent with others now that I am home and can measure CHUG

Mine is 15.75" at the hub and 33" at the door opening. Rancho 2.5" springs, .75" shackles, and 33x10.50 BFGs.

Measure to bottom of tub guys. Not top of door opening. Trying to keep it consistent. Or are your tub bottoms almost 3 feet off the earth? Levitating flat fenders. I BELIEVE!!!

1) 16.25" (33-12.5-15's)
2) 24.75" to bottom of sill/rock rail. This is with Holbrook springs and custom shackles.

CJ3B on 7.50-16LT Farm King Premium Traction and J.C. Whitney replacement springs all around - 14-3/4” center of hub, 20” bottom of body.
CJ2-A on 6.00-16 NDT’s, tired original front springs and J.C. Whitney rears - 13” center of hub, 18-3/4” bottom of body. BW

1952 M38 7.00X15 Power King, new springs in 2017 and I used hockey pucks for body spacers, center of front hub 13 1/2" , 20" bottom of body.

Interesting how consistent hub height is even with all the different tires until you get into the really tall sizes. Suspensions influence height of tub (and frame) more than tires seem to.

With Superlift 1" springs and 30 x 9.50 tires and CJ-5 body pucks, I'm seeing 13-3/8" and 19-1/2".
