   Super Duper vid Seth !!

(I got my T-18 input shaft sent off to Jeff @ Moser yesterday), _ _ finally.

Bob, don't be alarmed, because my '46 is collecting leaves and walnuts. :)

Seth, I am curious how you think the VW Tdi would compare to the Dauntless V-6.

Seth, excellent video! It totally captures the flat-fender spirit, and your workmanship on the 3A. Great stuff, thanks for sharing.

Sweet deal on the input shaft! That’s exciting! As for the v6 comparison......I’ve never driven a dauntless but I would imagine they would be smoother quieter and have great torque. The tdi has great torque too and uses a heck of a lot less fuel. It would be fun to put one head to head..... I would say it comes down to whether or not you like diesels.

   Seth,

Just curious if you did any looking into the Matori diesel used in the Jeep Liberty for 2004 and 2005 ?
Seems I was reading in FOURWHEELER magazine that one of the auto manufacturers was going to re-introduce the Matori in another vehicle for 2020, but cannot remember which one it was to be placed into.

Remembering back _ _ _ during the '80's in my trips into and back-out of the famous Rubicon trail, the dauntless odd-fires with the heavy flywheel were pretty doggon impressive. (I think that was pre-Terra-Low). Then in the '90's along came the Cherokee's with the Long-Arm kits and Tera-low's, and they were more-impressive than the dauntless abilities.
My last summer into the Rubicon was 2001, and the new Rubicon jeeps with the 4:1 T-case have probably been doing well to raise eye-brows !

Good to see you doing some puddle-jumping !
