Is a way to adjust the horn sound? If not who rebuilds them? 1948 CJ2A 6 volt system. It does not call for a relay but should it have one?
Thank You in advance F.T.S. |

Is there an adjustment screw with a lock nut on the horn? If so, on a 6V horn adjust the screw so the horn is drawing 5 amps while sounding.

This thread has the Autolite manual for the horn. It explains how it works and adjustment.

1948 CJ2A - It goes nowhere fast, but anywhere slow.
