A friend of mine is looking to gauge the possible demand for reproduction cj2a shift rods & clevis yoke ends made to exact dimensions, copied from sets of originals. The rods are heat treated (hardened) exactly like the originals, and the clevis yokes are produced from originals. As you know the standard 5/16-24 clevis yokes will not work unless you bend the jaw open more to fit the shift rod lever insulator, not a good idea, and not original. Exact prices will be known once we know how many sets to make, it probably won't be a lot. The more the better of course. These exact same clevis yokes were also used on the 46-49 Willys Wagons and Pickup's, and DJ3A's. We will be making some, the exact quantity we end up making will dictate the price.
