Yes Sir, That sure looks like "WILLYS Heaven On Earth", with a machine shop to boot!
I sure hope to get there next year. Joe D. You Da Man! Edited by 3-48s - 30 Jan. 2022 at 12:58pm |

To Joe and the “Mad City mfg” family, thanks for a fantastic time. You folks are beyond the definition of gracious in your hosting of this gathering. It was our first time there and we hope not our last. It was really good to meet and put some faces with the names we share this forum with. If I had more time (and more adjectives) I would attempt to talk about your shop and all those Jeep parts. Till next time! Fuzz

JNJ 2022 is in the books. I hope all of you have made the travel back home safe and sound. I had such a good time hosting this event again. We had 40 people come out and I am so humbled that you folks came out to my shop from such far distances and in really cold weather. I thank you all.!!
I'd like to mention how thankful I am for all those that pitched in helping me take care so many tasks that just didn't have time to do by myself. That really takes a load off of me and i am so appreciative of that. In addition, I also wish to say thanks to all of you bringing food, drink, door prizes, raffles tickets, and contributing cash donations to the event. All of that is really apprecated. I had many people email pics of their jeeps at the event but unfortunately I unknowingly had Tracie's email box limit set at 50MB limit, so a large number of the emails were rejected and lost in cyberspace. I have since set her mail box to unlimited size. Can those that sent pics during the show please resend them? I don't want to exclude anyone from the collage because of my oversight. I'll post a pic of the collage when we have it finished. Thanks in advance. One last final thought and thank you. Thank you all for being such a great trust worthy group of people. The respect you all showed towards my shop is very much appreciated. There is a lot of sensitive expensive stuff in the shop both on the jeep side and the machine shop side and it's really nice to know that I don't have to worry about things walking off or getting damaged and/or destroyed. The jeep crowd is truly amazing. Also, thank you all here on the forum and at attendance yesterday for the kind words about the event and my shop. Again, I am humbled. I hope to see all of you through out the year on the trail or at an event. Joe |

Joe,
I had an absolutely great time, thanks. I really appreciate you trusting us to look at your incredible collection of goodies. This was a great break in the middle of winter. I hope the planets align for me next year too. Bill

Yes! Another year in the bag. What a great time. Ya know this event was actually 2 days long. Friday was a bonus.
Here is something you don’t see everyday, (aside from tons of Jeep’s stacked up on pallet racks) Joe actually said goodbye to one of his prizes, an early 1946 column shifter, it went to Scott Gilbert and Bob Christy. Look for it soon at coming reunions…it’ll be mechanically 100% but will maintain its crusty patina. |

Thanks guys for posting pics of the event. I didn't take any for myself so does anyone mind if I use some of the posted pics for myself? Thought it would be nice to have some of them in the Jeep collage.

Joe feel free to use any of my pics. By the way... can you guys see my 30 pics or so in the post about 8 posts above this one? I can see them on my PC, but I just see blue boxes on my ipad. Not sure if anyone can even see them at all.
I'll resend my jeep pics again too.

I can't remember who won what except for what I brought. I think Damar2yxr won the little jeep, can't remember who won the other stuff.

I'm not sure who won what, but I do recall that Don was the second to last winner and probably took a jeep sticker.
