I generally check this forum numerous times of the day. I do not logout when I am done. Is this O.K. or is it preferred that I logout when I am done.

From a system standpoint, it doesn't matter. Logout is only needed as a 'security' measure. If you're at a public computer, or more than one member uses a computer, etc.

I was thinking more about the Active Users and Members on line feature showing me on-line when I am not. I guess it is not a big deal.

I was under the impression that if I stayed logged in, it would show me online all the time. I did not realize that the site could tell when I am actually on the sight, rather than just logged in.
