I'd run it the way it is too. Seems all the things you are doing the F134 can handle deftly. Maybe add fuel injection if it makes you feel better, but I'd run a carb unless I was doing a lot of off camber crawling. When the carb gets a little dirt in it, a few simple tools are all that are required to disassemble and clean it. FI is more reliable, but less user friendly when it does fail. I'd say the same thing about electronic ignition vs. points. Parts are readily available for the Go Devil and F-head. That would be the least of my worries. I'd also consider a 225 Dauntless. I am about to start a rebuild of a 225 for our '2A. With it's heavy flywheel, more than a few folks feel that it is the perfect Jeep motor.
