I worked in 4 of the five boroughs for a decade, driving truck. You would be amazed what is hidden in that city. I stumbled upon lots of old cool cars and trucks. I wonder how much of it is still out there.
Jay Leno found a Dusenberg in NYC. It was in a parking garage, in the same parking spot for 50 years. Pretty cool story! |

I'm in NYC regularly. I think I saw that guy roaring down the westside highway in a rainstorm once.
I've often thought it would be cool to have a NYC Willys tour, but then I realized that most folks would need to trailer their rig, park and unload, then drive over a bridge/tunnel to get to Manhattan. Parking trailers would be difficult immediately outside of NYC. I dunno....maybe someday.
