I wish I knew you needed that sholder bolt & arm. I have spare original one!
Also I am missing the screw and small spring that is behind the trigger. can you possibly give me dimensions on them?

Since this thread has a bunch of good Monarch information I will make a minor contribution.  I recently acquired not one but two of these; one of them is standard CJ issue; the other one is clearly from something else since it does not have the same front plate nor the disconnecting pulley.  What it does have is a linkage similar to a Novi that would allow it to function while driving.  The arm that is on it has two stampings, one next to each mounting hole for a control linkage.  One says "CJ3" and the other says "BF4".

I just got these and have not had time to measure or tinker with them.
