Although the side of the tank mentions to use S.A.E. 10 oil, we're starting to have a hard time finding it. Any suggestion what a good replacement oil that can bought nowadays?

Hydraulic fluid. Found at most farm & industrial supply stores +/or shops. Some FLAPS have it as well.
