Started my jeep yesterday and it now needs a new tire and a brake line. problem after problem haha.

We have all been through it, It's just like your life. Just one battle after another. I thought my 3B was bullet proof, I have to do a master cylinder now.

Do you know which sbc you have?  It has the post 59 1/2 valve covers on it but heads get swapped a lot.  Does it have the side engine mounts?  I would expect it is a 283.  GM bell/clutch & T90 transmission with the long adapter?

It would appear you have a nice project even if a lot of things need addressed.

i think it has the heads swapped because when i adjusted the valves there was gasket maker and stuff in there. I dont think the transmission is a t90 . it is a 283. ill go take a look today to make sure

fixed the brake line and did some random stuff with it and it is running like a champ. Also tested my welding skills on my windshield frame. might hold up but who knows.
