Yes the frame brackets are definitely Dauntless CJ (1966-1971)
The engine casting numbers are from a late vintage CJ roughly 1970-71 The block number is an actual Jeep part number that was only used for a couple of years. Earlier Dauntless block casting numbers were using GM part numbers. So anyway it's definitely an oddfire Dauntless 225. So yes that also must be an odd fire HEI distributor. The manifold is a GM part number. Jeep never made there own manifold casting having an actual Jeep part number. The engine stamping number will be on side of block just above the RH frame bracket. 1st pic:
Definately a 9774035 bellhousing, looks to be using the AA brand adapter plate to mate the Borg Warner T15. T15 most likely from a early 11970's CJ or Wagoneer. The T-15 used with J truck would have a longer main drive gear (input shaft) T15's were found mated to AMC the engines (I6-232, I6- 258 and V8-304) 2nd Pic: Transfer case is almost certainly a big hole as was factory used on 1966-1971 CJ's having Dauntless. It's the only big hole D18 using the single stick shift like that. The Power Saginaw looks like it could be a Jeep 800 series unit. 3rd Pic: Everything I see here suggest factory CJ parts including the Motorola alternator...excepting the large diameter HEI unit. 4th Pic: The power steering reservoir looks like it could feasibly be from a mid 1970 Jeep. Left front dump exhaust manifold was factory on Dauntless CJ's but not on Commando. Besides those are CJ style Dauntless engine brackets and not Commando.

Yes I see.
Originally this transfer case was mated to a T14. The factory T14 adapter plate is 2-5/8" thickness not 1-5/8" thickness . The factory T86AA / T14 adapter plate has provision to bolt on the single stick shifter. Most guys including myself prefer to install the common twin stick D18 front bearing cap onto these otherwise excellent D18 units. That is commonly referred to as the "Super D18". And yet even the Super D18 can be improved upon.
