No hidden surprises when the roll bar was removed. I'm glad any tenets that moved in have vacated before I brought the Jeeps home. LOL

So the tub from that one was a GPW at one time.  Bubba needs to be slapped sometimes.
There's a reason it's called Ol' Unreliable

Is that winch bumper a home built? It looks decent on there, very simple.

Not sure if there is anything worth saving on the tub. It is very rotted. Maybe the glove box..

The center of the bumper was cut out and that plate welded in. Bumper is also welded to the frame.

Never having one before I don't know what to look for to try and I.D. when it may be from. So thank you for noticing that.

I am bummed most of the floor and lower side metal has been replaced. I may cut the diamond plate that is welded across the back to see if is a stamped tub.

The axles are free from the leaf springs and they are free from the shackles that held them to the frame.
Started to cut the seats out of the tub. Borrowing the battery operated sawzall from work and it doesn't last long at all. Someone else has the electric one. Angry

Also started to disassemble the transmission. I can spin the input shaft by hand easy. The front yoke and rear brake drum move slightly together but it is tight. The shifter flops all around.
