Everybody likes photos, so I'm sharing the 1947 my 75 year old father redid from the frame up. I'll try to find a before photo as well.

Original body. I've never seen a cj2a that solid. When we first saw it, we weren't that impressed because of the surface rust. After we got it home, we realized how solid it was. We are in the Fort Wayne area. About an hour from Michigan line.

I finally figured out how to post photos. The flood gates are open now. This is my 47, that my father helps me with on a weekly basis.
