Anyone interested in being President? I would if I had more time away from work to devote to the "cause". It's perfect weather to be out showing these things off!! If anyone needs a hand setting something up, I would love to be a part of it.

I cannot commit to holding an office but, if someone wants a get together, Im there.
I look forward to seeing my fathers again to ask all the questions I should have asked before.

The truth be known, being president means you can hold the email list in a safe manner so the spammers don't get a grip on it.  Other than that, It is just fun.  There are no late night meetings or long work sessions.  It is just being there to broadcast your patrol's ideas once they are locked in.
Go for it, you will not regret it.

And, being "president" doesn't mean that YOU have to come up with all the ideas and organize all the activities. EVERYONE should be involved with that. Some have better ideas and/or access to places to go & things to see, and some are naturally better at organizing. Ideally, you would have more than two or three people in the entire state that would step up.
I wish that some title other than "president" had been come up with, but to be honest I don't have a better suggestion. I think of myself as the CFFC's "Northeast Region Activities Coordinator"    BW

Currently on the IFFC site there is no Texas patrol listed. Please let me know if there is a Represented  IFFC Patrol in Texas! I will be happy to list you there as such.

It's going to start getting hot here real quick. What are you guys doing for soft tops on your Jeeps? I just sold my Bestop Tigertop and am in the process of putting together a bikini-style setup.

I'm up for that!

Cool, I agree.  I should have the new IFFC site up soon.  We changed it to InternationalFlatFenderClub.org.  It just needs some set up work to get going.

No Bill, I don’t think so. But I’d be down for a cruise if anyone wants to let me know. I don’t mind setting it up. I’m in Benbrook, where are you at Bill?

Hey guys,
I'm in Bedford but I can make the trip to Benbrook area. I'll be gone in June to the BHR. I think there are about 4 guys from Texas that will be in SD.

Hope this works out, it would be fun to meet and greet!

I'm on the East side.
It's not like my Jeep is going anywhere just yet, but I do try to get in a couple of minutes on it every day or two.
Good to know I am not alone in my quest.
