found these online;  I know they're recaps but they are cheap and would look good on any CJ, just food for thought!

I was thinking of getting something similar to this for my Cherokee from Tire Cappers or Treadwright.

Anyone run tires from either company? Thoughts? Opinions?

That size tire is usually used on 3/4 ton trucks and larger. The description says available in 10 ply and 65 PSI minimum air pressure. I think that tire would give a very poor quality ride, but it would last forever.

Dennis,  I am running Treadwright Guard Dog's 31X10.50R15 on our '01 Wrangler.  They are noisy,  the deer freeze on the side of the road,  the tread is holding up well.  Mostly black top with some FS and County roads.  The company seams easy to work with.  I hope this helps.

This looks like a good option for 15" from the same company.

Edit: I like this one even better!

Thanks Tom! We do have a lot of deer and elk out here, so making them freeze on the side of the roads is where I would like for them to stay as I drive by!

I would be going with a smaller size (235 75 15) for my Cherokee. Noise doesn't bother me too much as I can't hear to well anymore.

The 235 75 15 is the one I am looking at for my Cherokee.
