I am thinking that vent line is connected to the other tank, for some reason. With two fuel tanks, dual exhaust and the low range gearbox on the transfer case, there is not a lot of room under this Jeep.

No news on my tires yet so I will give them a call today.

Right now the winds are hitting 50+ miles per hour gusts outside. My Willys doesn't even go that fast! LOLConfused

10 minutes being at work and I watch a gust of wind knock a tree down into the power lines for the college.  Gusts at 50+ MPH again today.

So I get home before noon. The winds have calmed down and the sun is out now. Taking advantage of no rain I squeeze my hand through the rear wheel well, above the frame and below the body, and put a clamp on the fuel line.

Not a lot of room and it took some time but I finally got it. Hope this will by me some time until I get paid to get all new lines.

Noticed my Cherokee was get more and more mold on it from the non stop rain. Sun was out today so I went to work and pressure washed it. I also swapped out the hood bar. The one on the Jeep was cracked from not being tightened properly.

Other than the color, I can't see a difference.  I don't have much contact with this vintage (or any Cherokee, for that matter) so I don't know what details to look for.
There's a reason it's called Ol' Unreliable

So excited today to go back to work. The tires I ordered were to be delivered today. YAY!
FedEx John delivers them but I was at lunch at the time. When I get back I see them! All 3 of them Angry
I ordered 4.

Sigh.

I had that same problem with tires I ordered from Treadwright.  Not there fault.  Took a while to get the fourth delivered.  Those "Garddogs" are doing a good job on the Wrangler.

Thanks gentlemen.  I hope it shows soon.  The tracking did show 4 separate tires being shipped. It also showed one of them had a unreadable shipping tag but that it was replaced. So I don't know.

Final tire arrived today.    May go after work to the other facility where the auto equipment is ( Maybe 10 miles away at the most) More then likely I will wait until Saturday morning so I can take my time.
