ERROR You do not have permission to view......... |

I get the same message if im on site through my phone.
the pc works fine though |

I suggest that you toggle the site view to Classic from Mobile at the bottom of the page. My guess is that fixes it. Also, your phone may use a Web browser that does not follow Web standards faithfully.
